Commercial Restrooms built for Australian conditions

Modular Buildings

Our modular approach to public restroom buildings means you can install just one, or one hundred! Easy installation means your project runs smoothly, quickly and within budget.

Easy Maintenance

Combining our modular buildings with our commercial-grade composting toilets and stainless steel pedestals gives you a product that’s easy to maintain and will easily hold up to public use.

Government and council approved

We’ve worked with many different councils across Australia and abroad so we have an extensive knowledge-base of the requirements needed to gain approval for toilet building projects. Talk to us today.

Meets Australian standards

Our buildings meet the following Australian standards AS 1428.1 Design for access and mobility, AS/NZS 1170.0:2002 Structural Design Actions - General principles, AS/NZS 1170.1:2002 Structural Design Actions - Permanent, imposed and other actions and AS/NZS 1170.2:2011 Structural Design Actions - Wind actions.

Installation Available

Our buildings are incredibly simple to install if you have access to tradespeople with everyday tools or we can organise installation for you if required.

Perfect for harsh environments

We use GRP (also known as FRP or Fibreglass Reinforced Plastic) for many of the components of our toilet buildings. This material won’t rust and isn’t affected by salt air.
